How can I make payments to you?
Before I commence work on your project, a 50% deposit is required. The concluding 50% should be paid upon delivery, with PayPal or Wise as my payment methods.
Before we kick off, what details do you need me to provide?
You'll get an onboarding checklist at the beginning of our collaboration. It will guide you on what to provide, including copywriting, your branding kit with logos, professional images, and client testimonials, to jumpstart the project.
What's the limit on revisions I can request?
Rest assured, I'll refine it until it meets your expectations. Historically, my clients have been thoroughly satisfied with my design quality, a standard you're welcome to verify personally.
Could you provide an estimated timeline for the completion of a project?
I will provide the initial design draft within 4-5 business days of receiving the required documents and deposit. After your review, necessary tweaks, and final design approval, the build-out phase will take an additional 4-5 days. Be aware, the timeframe can fluctuate based on the number of revisions and the effectiveness of our communication.
